Pappa Ciccia reserves the right to change the menu, offers, prices and delivery charges without notice. Standard offers, promotional offers and promotional codes cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount or special offer.

Payments

You have the option of making full payment online at the time of ordering. Alternatively, you can pay by cash on delivery or collection

If you are paying by card you will be charged at the time you place your order either online or over the phone.

Cash orders will be paid directly to your delivery driver.

Cancellations - Refunds

If you wish to cancel your order please call us ASAP, if we have not started to prepare your order we will be happy to cancel it and refund you.

Should you be unhappy with your order please contact us by phone or email feedback@pappaciccia.com to discuss a refund or replacement.

Sale of Alcohol 

It is a criminal offence to sell intoxicating liquor to a person under the age of 18. We support a photographic driving licence, passport, or proof of age cards, which are accredited by the Proof of Age Standards Scheme (PASS) as proof of age. Cards accredited by the scheme show a photograph, details of the person's age and a PASS hologram. If you cannot produce valid photographic identification, the sale will be refused. This applies to delivery take away and collection orders.
